These Terms govern use of TinyEverafter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Adult accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. TinyEverafter is intended for adults and caregivers, not for children to use independently.

What TinyEverafter provides

TinyEverafter helps users create personalized fictional stories and illustrations. AI-generated results may contain mistakes, inconsistencies, or unexpected material. Adults must review generated content before sharing it with children.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to request or create sexual content involving minors, exploitative or illegal material, instructions for wrongdoing, hateful abuse, attempts to defeat safety systems, infringement of others’ rights, or content that violates applicable law. We may block requests or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.

Subscriptions and limits

Paid features, renewal terms, localized prices, taxes, trials, cancellation, and refunds are presented by the store at purchase time. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through that store. Plans include generation and fair-use limits, and failed or retried generations may count where disclosed in the app.

Your content and generated stories

You retain rights you already hold in information you submit. You give us permission to process that information solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You are responsible for having permission to submit names, likeness descriptions, and other information about people.

Physical books

Physical-book ordering is not currently available. When introduced, product specifications, shipping, pricing, and fulfillment terms will be displayed before purchase. Print-ready production files are not offered as user downloads.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every generation will complete or that AI output will be identical across attempts.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. TinyEverafter is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements.
