This policy explains how TinyEverafter, operated by Damir Jozic in Jacksonville, Florida (“TinyEverafter,” “we,” or “us”), handles information when an adult uses the TinyEverafter app or website.
Who the service is for
TinyEverafter is designed for adults and caregivers to create and read stories with children. It is not directed to children for independent use. Adults are responsible for the character and story information they provide.
Information we process
- Account information: email address, account identifier, authentication status, and caregiver-provided profile information.
- Story information: prompts, selected story settings, character profiles, generated text, generated illustrations, and saved-library information.
- Service and safety information: generation usage, plan entitlement, error reports, security tokens, device/app information, and limited analytics used to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
- Purchase information: subscription status and product identifiers supplied by the app store. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate requested stories and illustrations, maintain character profiles and libraries, enforce plan limits, provide support, protect the service, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing and service providers
Story instructions and relevant character details may be sent to artificial-intelligence providers to generate requested text and images. We also rely on service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, databases, security, analytics, email delivery, and app-store billing. These providers process information on our behalf according to their terms and applicable agreements.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information or use a child’s profile information for behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly permit children to create their own accounts.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and saved-story information while an account remains active and as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. Adults may delete individual books and characters in the app. They may also request complete account deletion from the app or through our account deletion page. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction records.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, authenticated cloud services, and application-verification measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may access and update profile information inside the app, delete saved content, cancel a subscription through the store that processed it, or request account deletion. You may contact us about privacy questions or correction requests.
Changes
We may update this policy as TinyEverafter develops. The date above will identify the latest version.
